Last wipe, we started at 10%, 10 days in had 15%, and finally 13 days in had 20%. We started at 5% and have just now, 19 days in, been given 10%. Hopefully there are more bumps soon, because even 20% made the boss-killing quests a real chore. 1. Reply.

Rng, boss have a % chance to spawn each start of raid. Same. New gas, dorms 2 and 3 story. 40% of the time he's in those spots and if not he's at the warehouse spawn. They do not all spawn at the exact start of a raid. But from my experience after a few minutes they should spawn in.Universal tip 3: Don't re-peek. Haven't seen one yet with pmc, but 2 of my 5 total scav raids on customs had scav boss. First time ran into a crew and got 2 of them but the last 2 guys took me out, 2nd time only one guy was there afterwards and i got it all to myself. I made so much money off of just the 1 raid, with only a scav backpack, so more frequent scav boss parties ...
