Secret labs armrest replacement

Hope to hear from you soon. As someone who also owns a Titan chair, I can confirm the armrest covers are a real issue with this chair. I've had one armrest cover replaced after a year because of tearing, with the Secretlab customer service saying that they would do a one-time replacement and that next time I would have to pay for a replacement.
