Known to the locals as “Pat’s” the three cousins decided to keep the name but add their own unique flair to what became known as “Pat’s Pizzeria”. As our family grew, so too did the business, as more cousins, uncles, nephews, and later on sons joined the family business opening more stores in neighboring communities.
