Dont forget the OG Poisoner, Kael. Well Frozen Banshee is one of the best. She relies on counter attack to land enough poisons though (or 2:1 speed ratio). You could probably build the one in Retaliation set and sub the other for an ally protect champ or something. 2 speed boosters makes ally protect pretty much irrelevant though.From a stat perspective, Frozen Banshee has considerably higher DEF (1002 vs 826) while Occult Brawler has considerably higher HP (20640 vs 14700).
