Micro service

A microservice architecture splits applications into different services that perform specific functions. Each microservice has a unique logical function for each part of a monolithic application. Containers are packages that contain microservices. These containers also house code, dependencies, binaries, and libraries.

Micro service. Microservice applications are composed of small, independently versioned, and scalable customer-focused services. Microservices applications deployed in containers make it possible to scale out apps, and respond to increased demand by deploying more container instances, and to scale back if demand is decreasing.

Now, each microservice has its own server and listens on a different port. To start both microservices, open two terminals, navigate to each microservice directory, and run node app.js. Microservice architecture, aka microservices, are a specific method of designing software systems to structure a single application as a collection of loosely coupled services. Applications tend to begin as a monolithic architecture (more on that below), and over time grow into a set of interconnected microservices. Previously, I wrote how one of the essential characteristic of the microservice architecture is that services are independently deployable. Another essential characteristic is that services are loosely coupled. Minimizing design-time coupling and minimizing runtime coupling are two of the five dark matter forces …
