Unstoppable Force is a fantastic talent (which is actually an echo of a 4-piece Hunter's Fury), and unless you are running an SMG, Ceska is an important brand. From a pure damage standpoint it is definitely not bis except for cqc builds. So, for example, if you want your skills to hit as hard as possible on your skill build, memento is not the backpack you are looking for.
