Fisher plow no power to controller

Dec 11, 2017 · Posted on Feb 07, 2015. SOURCE: I have a fisher minuteman plow it will go up, left and right but will not go down what is wrong with my plow. If you have a Minit Mount two it's probably the valve sticking. It's electronically controlled so if it clicks, then the solenoid is working and the shuttle in the valve is stuck.

Make sure all your connections at the grill are clean and covered in dielectric grease. Some fisher plows won't allow power to the controller if the plow isn't plugged in. some of the older controllers had internal fuses. The power light is Off at the control. I checked for voltage at the plug and there is power there. I checked for voltage at the Motor relay and there is power there. That a-frame looks tweaked, the center pin hole is egged out and it looks cracked at the welds. The headlight cross member is bent pretty bad too.1. These controls are the old cable driven type, where control cables went from the control box all the way to the hydraulic valve. Included in the control box is the switch to engage the electro-hydro unit. I do not need the cable, just the controls.
