Dodge durango intermittent starting problem

No crank, no start. Weird issue with the D, ned someone to check my reasoning and see if I'm missing something. We had a cold snap right after XMas, subzero F for a couple nights, killed the battery in my pickup and caused a no start in the D, under voltage. Replaced the battery in the pickup, all good (bad cell).

Always starts first but won’t come back on after you turn off at gas station or after short drive. Brake is sort of hard can’t press through.
