Dell power button flashing orange

Recently, my OptiPlex 780 Mini Tower had a Processor problem by rotated causing it to blink the power light as orange and no numbers. Next, I rotated the processor back and it worked, but now it's steady orange with numbers 1 & 2 blinking every 1.5-2 seconds. Please help me get this sorted out asap.
