Yeah, having a roller gun built is $$$, but DIY just doesn’t get you anything of good quality unless you already have a big investment in building guns. Century is also crap. Cetme Rifle- Southern Tactical- BFPU. The Cetme C rifle is made using an original Spanish CETME parts kit coupled with a new US receiver & barrel and built by the skilled Southern Tactical team. This model has a nice Battlefield Pickup Finish on the receiver to give a nice warn look. This one is my first full size rifle and was built from a complete C Model parts kit less the receiver and barrel. I had a German made 91 barrel I got back in 2000 from a $175.00 G3 kit. I picked up a Hesse H91 receiver to build the kit on. I had to grind down the HK rear sight windage screw block on the rear sight base. The 80% flat receivers are like $70 and you can 3D print the jig, and I’ve even heard from ppl that used a big ass c clamp to fold the metal into shape and it worked perfectly. Then you simply weld the bottom where the folds meet, the trunnion into it, and then press the barrel in and you have your barreled receiver.1,695.81 ft⋅lbf (2,299.21 J) The 7.62×51mm CETME round is a variant of the 7.62×51mm NATO rifle cartridge with a plastic-cored lead bullet and a reduced propellant charge. The buttstock is a fixed, black polymer unit, and the fire control parts are contained in a polymer Navy-style trigger group. Then you need to check bolt gap. In order to do that, you need to pull the cocking handle to the rear, and do the "HK slap" to cock the rifle, then dry fire it. Use automotive feeler guages to guage the gap between the bolt head and body. The range should be somewhere between .004 and .020 inches.CETME History and origins.
