After a search on this forum and the internet, I found a screen provider (cuescreens.com). On their website was a local Houston shop that handled their product and recommendations for installation.I purchased a touch screen from Cue Screens for $139 and had it installed by an car audio place for $275 in August. It's been working great ever since. It's not the entire CUE system--it's a faulty touch screen. It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. Then ensure the steering wheel controls communicate with the CUE.I did my own with the $179.00 screen. Trim tools are important as is the 7mm 1/4" drive socket and a skinny Phillips screwdriverand small needle nose pliers.
