It's just "roughly between 10 and 20 challenging sets" per week. It's not even a clear-cut minimum & maximum. So if I hit 5 sets of bench at 1-3 reps from failure for example, plus 5 challenging sets of overhead press, and 5 additional sets of close-grip bench press, I figure I'm hitting sufficient volume, due to the overlap of body-parts.
