For explorers who journey to Isle Royale You can not fly in either Azuremyst or Silvermoon. This is working as intended. The box for Cata clearly states "Fly your mounts through Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms," yet I can't fly in Azuremyst. I'm assuming Bloodmyst is probably affected by this as well.
