Check ground on frame rail under drivers seat and an engine ground on drivers side. If all is good and clean with good contact and none loose try going back to another tune.

At a minimum, the ABS must 'know' what speed all the wheels are and has the ability to control the braking wheel by wheel. If there is a fault in any of the sensors or their circuits, then ABS doesn't have the info it needs and should light up the ABS ...
